Affiliated with Methodist Retirement Communities (MRC), Stevenson Oaks is a premier senior living community offering 172 independent living apartments, 40 assisted living units, and 24 memory support suites. Requirements

• Texas Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA) license strongly preferred
• Five or more years of senior living leadership experience
• Demonstrated success leading multi-level senior living communities
• Proven ability to develop, engage, and retain high-performing teams
• Strong financial and operational management experience
• Demonstrated record of innovation and resident-centered leadership
• Experience reducing employee turnover and building strong workplace culture
• Ability to lead through change and expansion initiatives
