About The Position

Stellar Senior Living is hiring an Executive Director for our La Sonora at Dove Mountain community in Tucson, Arizona. We need a leader who thrives on the energy of a strong team and a high-end community. This role involves building the team, driving occupancy through lease-up strategy and execution, managing the P&L for full operational and fiscal accountability, fostering a culture rooted in Stellar's values, and building relationships within the greater Tucson community and with referral partners.

Requirements

Proven experience leading senior living, mainly assisted living, with 150+ units.
Full operational command — from healthcare and compliance to customer service and finance.
A track record of results: occupancy goals met, budgets managed, teams retained.
Licensed Assisted Living Administrator (required).
Bachelor's degree (required).

Nice To Haves

Master's in Business or Healthcare Administration (preferred).

Responsibilities

Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing community team from the ground up.
Set the tone for culture, accountability, and care from day one.

Manage the full P&L, ensuring operational excellence across all departments and fiscal discipline.
