About The Position

This role involves guiding and inspiring the community and staff with vision and compassion.

Requirements

• 3+ years in leadership roles within the senior living industry.
• Applicable state certification for managing senior living communities or ability to obtain as required.
• Proven record in financial management, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with RealPage, Eldermark, Enquire, or related systems preferred.

• Sales & Marketing Excellence: Oversee marketing and sales efforts, with a focus on community engagement and growth.

• Operational Compliance & Safety: Ensure alignment with Company's policies, government regulations, and the safety and security of residents and staff.
• Technology Integration: Comfortable using various software systems, online platforms, and reporting functions.
