About The Position

The Executive Director will provide strategic leadership and daily oversight of community operations. This role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with state regulations and company standards, fostering a positive, resident-centered environment focused on dignity and quality of life. The Executive Director will recruit, train, and support staff to maintain high performance and engagement, and maintain strong occupancy through effective relationship-building and community outreach. Additionally, the role involves managing budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation, and partnering with families, residents, and team members to resolve concerns and enhance satisfaction.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) License required.
