EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
About The Position
Woodside Bible Church is seeking a mission-driven Executive Director to serve alongside the Executive Campus Pastor at the Troy Campus. This role provides strategic leadership, staff development, and operational oversight to help advance the mission, vision, and values of the church. The Executive Director works closely with the Executive Campus Pastor to ensure ministries, systems, and staff are aligned with the campus trajectory and the broader vision of Woodside. This leader will oversee key ministry areas—including Kids, Students, Family, Groups, Assimilation, Worship, Outreach, Prayer, and Care—while fostering healthy staff culture, effective ministry systems, and strong collaboration with central teams. This role blends pastoral leadership and executive management, supporting the spiritual health of the campus while ensuring operational excellence and strategic growth.
Requirements
- Meets leadership qualifications outlined in the Woodside Bible Church bylaws
- Proven experience leading teams and developing leaders in a church, nonprofit, or organizational setting
- Strong strategic, organizational, and administrative leadership skills
- Demonstrated pastoral maturity and a vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ
- Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience with direct staff supervision
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree preferred in ministry, theology, leadership, or related field
