About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director for Ridgemere Senior Living in Conway, Arkansas. This full-time position requires a visionary leader who can communicate community goals, manage operations like a "Management Mechanic," ensure resident satisfaction as a "Resident Receptor," and run the community like an "Entrepreneurial Steward." The role involves business planning, sales strategy, and maintaining the smooth operation of the community for both residents and employees. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a love for residents, and strong leadership skills to drive growth and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least twenty-one (21) years of age.
  • Two (2) years of college; at least three (3) years of experience providing residential care to the elderly; or equivalent education and experience.
  • Active and in good standing LNHA (Licensed Nursing Home Administrator) or RCAL (Residential Care and Assisted Living Administrator) for the state of Arkansas (AR).
  • Knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to the residents.
  • Knowledge of and ability to conform to applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Ability to maintain or supervise the maintenance of financial and other records.
  • Ability to direct the work of others and provide leadership for measurable growth and satisfaction.
  • Good character and a reputation of personal integrity.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Computer skills for printing documents and entering information.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling for brief periods.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds.
  • Comfortable sitting at a desk between six and eight hours a day.
  • Criminally cleared.
  • Clean driving record as per the insurance carrier's policy.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate community goals and business plans to the team.
  • Manage the community's operations, ensuring residents and employees are well-cared for.
  • Anticipate and manage resident satisfaction needs.
  • Run the community like a mini-business, overseeing financial and other records.
  • Direct the work of others and provide leadership for growth and satisfaction.
  • Maintain or supervise the maintenance of financial and other records.
  • Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
