About The Position

We are looking for an investment banker to support the full Unified Global Banking (UGB) Coverage team in originating cross-divisional business opportunities. This role involves reviewing, diligencing, and processing referrals into our Investment Bank from Wealth Management Americas. The position focuses on creating partnerships by increasing the depth and breadth of existing client relationships, increasing the returns of products and services, and generating new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward. The role also includes assisting in planning overall resource requirements by recruiting, developing, and retaining talented individuals, and making sound and balanced judgments within professional, ethical, regulatory, and legal standards. Additionally, the Executive Director will motivate and inspire others by providing a vision of shared goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Experience within investment banking
Great communication skills
Strong ability to develop creative solutions
Curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows.
Ability to validate outputs and align with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
