The Executive Director will oversee the leadership of a volunteer Board and volunteer committees, provide coaching and supervision to five staff members, and manage key fundraising events such as the Gala Heart Ball, Go Red for Women Luncheon, and Heart Walk events. This is a hybrid position based within the territory, offering a competitive salary with an incentive potential of up to 25% of base pay based on revenue targets.
