The Executive Director and Relationship Manager of Fixed Income Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth by cultivating and sustaining high-value, long-term relationships with key institutional clients. This senior leader acts as a trusted advisor, leveraging deep knowledge of fixed income markets to deliver customized investment strategies and tailored solutions. The role involves covering a defined group of Financial Institutions as distributors and investors in products across a defined territory, predominantly in the western part of the country. The Executive Director will execute a dual-focused strategy emphasizing new business development, alongside client retention and growth, supported by a dedicated sales desk, product management group, and cross-divisional sales team.
