About The Position

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Senior Transaction Manager to oversee and lead complex real estate lease transactions across the Americas, managing internal teams and third-party partners while representing Morgan Stanley's interests throughout the transaction lifecycle. Requirements

  • 15+ years of commercial real estate transaction experience
  • Strong financial modeling understanding and analytical skills (NPV, IRR, P&L)
  • Proven negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Experience managing teams and third-party service providers (incl contract KPIs, etc)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic, complex corporate environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage lease transactions throughout the full life cycle
  • Oversee the Americas transaction management team and third-party brokers
  • Partner with Portfolio Managers to convert transaction pipelines into executed deals
  • Represent Morgan Stanley's interests in negotiations, RFPs, and approvals
  • Manage internal approval processes and cross-functional coordination
  • Serve as lead transaction manager on large-scale and complex leases
