About The Position
This is an executive-level role for a high-level People and Culture strategist who is seeking an autonomous, portable, and high-reward environment away from the traditional corporate model. Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in People & Culture, L&D, or Executive Leadership.
- A proven track record of professionalism and integrity.

- High Emotional Quotient (EQ) with the ability to navigate conversations with empathy, clarity, and strategic vision.

Responsibilities
- Implement innovative lead-generation strategies across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) using proprietary systems.
- Mentor new clients through the on-boarding process and provide ongoing professional guidance.
- Conduct structured phone interviews to identify high-caliber candidates (full training and scripts provided).
- Participate in weekly global training sessions to stay at the cutting edge of the industry.
