About The Position

Provides oversight and administration of the PACE program including the effective planning, organization, administration, and evaluation of the organization's operations. This position is responsible for managing or overseeing primary care medical clinic, provider network, 24-hour care delivery system, therapeutic services, day health center, home care, transportation, compliance and Quality Assurance activities. Duties include ensuring the financial viability and continued growth of the organization and ensuring that services are provided in a manner that supports continuous quality improvement, customer-oriented focus and quality member care outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
Three years executive/director level healthcare experience including geriatric service management responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree preferred.
One year experience working with the elderly population preferred.
Home care, hospice, community care and/or long-term care management experience preferred.

Oversees development and implementation of ongoing measures/evaluation methods related to all dimensions of performance inclusive of budget, productivity, quality and other targets.
In collaboration with Capital Health Medical Group Chief Medical Officer and PACE Medical Director develops and directs the implementation of effective evidence-based programs to measure, analyze and continuously improve the safety and quality of all member care services through empiric outcomes.
In collaboration with Capital Health Public Relations leaders, develop strategic alliances with key elected officials, community groups, consumers and others to influence policy affecting PACE.
Communicates on a regular basis with senior leaders, the medical staff, the board and other identified stakeholders regarding achievements and concerns related to member safety, quality, associate engagement and participant satisfaction.
