Requirements

  • Extensive senior/executive leadership experience.
  • Seasoned strategic leader with vision, discipline, and creative edge to help build a modern policing organization from the inside out.
  • Senior experience in planning, performance, governance, organizational transformation, or similarly complex public sector environments.
  • Senior leader experience leading enterprise level initiatives and managing strategic functions, planning and business cycle within leadership teams.
  • Innovative and practical.
  • Confident advising executive leaders.
  • Ability to translate complex issues into clear recommendations.
