Under the direction of the Assistant Commissioner, OEEO, the Executive Director of the Office Equal Employment Opportunity oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of the Equal Employment Opportunity Investigations Unit, the Reasonable Accommodations Unit, and the Training Unit. The Executive Director directly supervises the OEEO Investigations Director, Reasonable Accommodations Director and Training Director. This role will be tasked with planning, developing, directing and managing Equal Employment Opportunity programs, staff, investigations, and related administrative duties to ensure the agency complies with local, state, and federal laws and policies.
