About The Position

Step into a highly visible, mission-driven leadership role where your clinical expertise will shape services across multiple states and across the lifespan from young children to adults. As Executive Director of Clinical Services, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, operational executives, and external stakeholders, while leading and mentoring a high-impact clinical leadership team (including the Director of Clinical Supports and broader clinical staff). You’ll influence how care is designed, delivered, and measured ensuring individuals and families receive innovative, high-quality, and truly integrated services that reflect KenCrest’s values. Requirements

  • Master’s degree required
  • 10+ years of experience supporting individuals with I/DD, ASD, developmental delays, or behavioral health needs
  • 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing clinical or behavioral health teams
  • Proven success in program development, multi-site leadership, and strategic growth

Responsibilities

  • Shape and lead the vision, strategy, and expansion of clinical services across multiple states
  • Translate strategic priorities into scalable, outcome-driven clinical programs
  • Partner with Operations and Executive leadership to embed best-in-class clinical practices across all service lines
  • Lead RFP strategy, grant development, and new business opportunities to drive organizational growth
  • Design and launch innovative programs that meet emerging community and market needs
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships that connect IDD, behavioral health, and trauma-informed care models
  • Establish and track meaningful clinical outcomes using data, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Champion quality, compliance, and risk management while elevating standards of care
  • Develop clinical talent pipelines, strengthen leadership bench, and support workforce strategy
  • Represent clinical services in high-level strategic initiatives, partnerships, and external engagements
