About The Position

The Cottages Assisted Living is seeking a licensed Administrator who leads with compassion, accountability, and purpose to oversee one of their homes. This role is for a hands-on, people-first leader who will make a meaningful impact every day by ensuring the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of residents, leading and developing staff, and maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment. Requirements

• Active Administrator's License (required)
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• A passion for serving seniors and supporting teams
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and licensing requirements
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive environment for residents and staff
• Evaluate and admit prospective residents with healthcare professionals
• Oversee resident care needs and coordinate with medical providers
• Recruit, hire, train, and lead a high-performing team
• Set clear expectations and maintain accountability
• Ensure the home is well-maintained, clean, and welcoming
• Manage documentation and regulatory requirements
• Assist with medication oversight as needed
• Participate in on-call rotation for evenings/weekends
• Build community relationships and maintain strong occupancy
• Manage expenses and support financial performance
