About The Position

The Global Health & Impact Strategy (GHIS) division of JPGE’s Global Capital & Development Group is being developed as a cross-sector platform that integrates leadership, preventative wellness, education, hospitality, quality-of-life innovation, research, philanthropy, strategic partnerships, and community resilience into a scalable Human Sustainability & Quality of Life Impact Portfolio. This is a founding executive leadership opportunity responsible for providing strategic leadership and long-term direction for JPGE's Division of Global Health & Impact Strategy. The Executive Director will serve as the senior leader responsible for stewarding the continued growth of the GHIS portfolio while cultivating partnerships, guiding innovation, supporting executive collaboration, and helping position GHIS as a recognized leader in human sustainability, leadership resilience, preventative health, and global impact. Working closely with the CEO and the Global Capital & Development Group, this executive will help translate bold ideas into scalable initiatives capable of creating measurable impact across communities, institutions, organizations, and international markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and advance the long-term strategic vision for GHIS.
• Guide the continued evolution of JPGE's Human Sustainability & Quality of Life Impact Portfolio.
• Identify emerging opportunities for innovation, collaboration, and ecosystem growth.
• Cultivate relationships across: Healthcare systems, Universities, International organizations, Corporate partners, Foundations, Philanthropic institutions, Wellness organizations, Community partners.
• Provide executive oversight supporting initiatives such as: Leadership Resilience & Human Sustainability, Community Vitality & Wellness, Community Connection & Social Resilience, Preventative Health Initiatives, Costa Rica Leadership Restoration Pilot, Research & Institutional Learning, GHIS Fellowship Experiences, Laviished Quality-of-Life Innovation Platform, 1st Advantage Stays Human Sustainability Platform.
• Identify opportunities to expand GHIS into new markets, partnerships, initiatives, and implementation models.
• Support development of scalable frameworks capable of strengthening leadership, resilience, quality of life, and organizational effectiveness across sectors.
• Collaborate with executive leadership across: Global Capital & Development Group, Partnerships & Strategic Capital, Partnerships & Strategic Philanthropy, Real Estate + M&A, JPGE Leadership Institute, Talent Strategy & Growth, Executive Operations.
