Summit has multiple global Phase 3 clinical studies, including: Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) HARMONi: Phase 3 clinical study which was intended to evaluate ivonescimab combined with chemotherapy compared to placebo plus chemotherapy in patients with EGFR-mutated, locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous NSCLC who were previously treated with a 3rd generation EGFR TKI. HARMONi-3: Phase 3 clinical study which is intended to evaluate ivonescimab combined with chemotherapy compared to pembrolizumab combined with chemotherapy in patients with first-line metastatic NSCLC. HARMONi-7: Phase 3 clinical study which is intended to evaluate ivonescimab monotherapy compared to pembrolizumab monotherapy in patients with first-line metastatic NSCLC. Colorectal Cancer (CRC) HARMONi-GI3: Phase 3 clinical study intended to evaluate ivonescimab in combination with chemotherapy compared with bevacizumab plus chemotherapy. Ivonescimab is an investigational therapy not presently approved by any regulatory authority other than China’s National Medical Products Administration (NMPA). Summit is headquartered in Miami, Florida, and has additional offices in California, New Jersey, the UK, and Ireland.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • A minimum of 15+ years of experience across multiple departments within commercial operations within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry with a track record of success in strategic planning and execution
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in oncology is required
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical sales processes market dynamics and regulatory environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
  • Lead and coordinate sales operations marketing operations meetings and conventions and commercial project management.
  • Translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans for the commercial operations team.
  • Oversee the collection analysis and interpretation of sales data to inform decision-making processes.
  • Provide insights to optimize sales performance and resource allocation.
  • Develop and execute strategies for sales operations including CRM systems territory planning and incentive compensation.
  • Oversee MLR reviews promotional materials and campaign execution.
  • Manage meeting logistics contract negotiations and event registration.
  • Create and oversee integrated launch project plans facilitate cross-functional meetings and monitor progress.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize the productivity and efficiency of the sales force.
  • Evaluate and optimize sales territories compensation plans and incentive programs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards in distribution processes.
  • All other duties as assigned
