About The Position
Another Source is partnering with California State University, Los Angeles (Cal State LA) to recruit their next Executive Director of Civil Rights and Title IX. This is more than a compliance role. It’s an opportunity to serve as Cal State LA’s Title IX Coordinator and DHR Administrator, lead an established team, advise senior university leadership, and help shape the strategy, prevention, education, and institutional practices that support a safe and equitable campus community.

Responsibilities
- Serve as Cal State LA’s Title IX Coordinator and DHR Administrator
- Lead the Office of Civil Rights and Title IX and a team of three
- Advise senior university leadership
- Help shape the strategy, prevention, education, and institutional practices that support a safe and equitable campus community
- Partner with senior leaders across HR, Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, Athletics, Housing, University Police, and the CSU system
