We meet with qualified homeowner leads , guide them through design decisions, and help make their vision a reality. With premium products, nearly a century of brand trust, and a proven sales process, your focus is on building relationships and closing sales — not chasing strangers .
Requirements
- Have sales experience and enjoy helping customers make decisions
- Want high earning potential based on performance
- Are comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Like building relationships with homeowners and business owners
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to understand their needs and goals
- Design custom window treatment solutions tailored to each home
- Measure and plan projects accurately
- Present solutions and guide clients through confident decision-making
- Coordinate with our installation team for seamless project execution
- Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
