We are seeking a visionary Executive Vice President of Creative to lead our creative department into its next phase of innovation and excellence. This is a senior leadership role for a dynamic and forward-thinking creative executive who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and is passionate about pushing the boundaries of brand storytelling, digital experience, and team development. As the EVP of Creative, you will oversee the full creative department—including copy, content, and design—owning the strategic growth, operational efficiency, and creative excellence across all client work. You will play a key role in shaping agency vision, mentoring leaders, driving new business growth, and implementing new technologies (including AI) to scale creative output and quality. Requirements

  • 13+ years of experience in creative leadership, including at least 7 years in a senior-level management role (Group Creative Director, ECD, or higher).
  • Deep expertise in art direction, creative direction, and visual design—with a strong portfolio of B2B.
  • Proven success in building and developing creative experiences and bringing social first ideation to the forefront of your work.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale creative teams and delivering award-winning, results-driven work.
  • Experience implementing scalable creative systems, including AI-powered tools and operational frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead integrated campaigns across digital, video, social, and experiential platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and the ability to turn complex B2B propositions into compelling creative narratives.
  • Excellent communicator and team builder; emotionally intelligent, decisive, and collaborative.
  • Comfortable operating at the executive level, both internally and with client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Creative Leadership: Lead the creative vision, standards, and culture across the agency. Inspire teams to deliver innovative, high-impact work rooted in storytelling and design excellence.
  • Team Oversight: Manage and grow a cross-functional creative department of art directors, designers, copywriters, content strategists, videographers, and creative directors. Foster a culture of mentorship, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Strategic Vision: Collaborate with executive leadership, client partners, and other teams to ensure creative solutions are insight-led, business-relevant, and aligned with client goals.
  • AI & Innovation: Partner with other key stakeholders to lead the integration of generative AI and automation into the creative workflow. Develop and implement SOPs to enhance efficiency without compromising quality.
  • New Business Leadership: Own the creative strategy and storytelling for new business pitches, translating insight into big ideas that win.
  • Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted partner to senior clients, guiding them through creative strategy, brand transformation, and digital innovation.
  • Brand Stewardship: Elevate both client and agency brand presence in the market. Represent the agency at industry events and in thought leadership.
