About The Position

This Executive Creative Director will set the creative vision for a major health and wellness-related account with a meaningful focus on women's health. The role calls for a modern hands-on leader who understands how to build trust in sensitive health categories and can translate one strong brand platform through the line, including brand, social, content, retail, commerce, digital, experiential and emerging channels. As Executive Creative Director, you will partner with agency and client leadership to shape the future of the business and raise the creative ambition of the account. You will lead work that is culturally relevant, strategically rigorous, beautifully crafted, and effective across the full customer journey. You bring credible experience in health and wellness, ideally with direct exposure to women's health or adjacent categories. You understand the responsibility that comes with communicating about personal and complex health topics, and you know how to make the work clear, empathetic, inclusive, and motivating without losing creative impact. You will serve as the senior creative partner to the client, bringing a connected point of view across brand storytelling, social and creator-led work, retail environments, commerce, content, and activation. You will also build, mentor, and inspire multidisciplinary teams, remaining close enough to the work to elevate ideas and execution at every stage. You will report directly to the US Chief Creative Officer. Candidates for this opportunity can reside in: Boston, New York, Connecticut or Rhode Island.
