Our Impact: In I&CM, our priority is to support our internal and external partners and make Freddie Mac the GSE of choice. I&CM is responsible for executing liquidity, financing, credit risk transfer, and derivative transactions as well as managing Freddie Mac’s portfolio of single-family securities and loan investments in the retained portfolio. We also lead certain enterprise-level functions related to financial/capital/risk forecasting, model governance, payments, counterparty risk and third-party risk. Your Impact: Exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and handle multiple demands in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. Use discretion and judgment to manage complex and dynamic executive calendars to ensure their time is being used efficiently, including scheduling meetings with internal and external business partners (e.g., regulators, Vendors, Townhalls, etc.), and providing accountability for any post-meeting activities. Make travel arrangements and maintain travel and expenses within allocated budgets and timelines. Provide oversight, management, and tracking of key deliverables and assignments due to and from senior management to ensure all timelines are met. Maintain confidential information; may monitor executives’ email, when requested, for time-sensitive and/or critical correspondence and issues. Prepare correspondence, presentation materials, communications, and reports.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of administrative experience including executive administrative support.
  • High school degree or equivalent work experience
  • Highly proficient computer skills with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook) and SharePoint.
  • Ability to function autonomously and proactively, working independently on assignments with minimal oversight and superb level of organization.
  • Must be detail oriented with sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels across the enterprise.
