We are looking for an Executive Coordinator to provide office management and executive support for our Castle Rock office. This role combines front desk responsibilities, office management duties, and administrative support for leadership teams. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, professional, and personable, with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail. This individual naturally anticipates needs, identifies what requires attention, and takes action independently. Success in this role requires discretion, initiative and the ability to learn leadership preferences. This position will be onsite and report to the Chief Accounting Officer.
