We are seeking an Executive Coordinator to become the central nervous system for our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will do more than manage calendars; you will be a strategic partner in ensuring operational excellence, facilitating cross-global communication, and driving key initiatives forward. Requirements

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in administration, executive support, or operational coordination.
  • An unmatched ability to organize, prioritize, and communicate with precision in a fast-paced environment.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and a knack for learning new digital tools.
  • Exceptional professional English skills, both written and spoken.
  • A self-motivated, reliable, and discrete work ethic that thrives in a fully remote setting.
  • A stable home office setup and are based in Lebanon.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a remote or international company.
  • A natural aptitude for improving processes and making workflows more efficient.
  • Comfort in coordinating across multiple time zones.
  • Basic experience with financial tracking or administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage complex executive calendars, coordinate high-stakes meetings across time zones, and prepare critical briefing materials.
  • Track key initiatives, monitor deadlines, and ensure action items are completed, acting as the connective tissue between leadership and teams.
  • Maintain impeccable documentation systems and shared digital workspaces, making critical information accessible and actionable.
  • Assist with budget tracking, process improvements, and special projects that enhance how our global business runs.
