Serve as a strategic partner with direct exposure to senior executives and members of the Truist Board of Directors, leading the development of executive and Director compensation materials, including Compensation and Human Capital Committee materials and proxy statement disclosures, while providing analysis, governance, and advisory support to drive competitive, compliant, and effective executive compensation practices.
