Groom Law Group is seeking an experienced attorney to join our successful tax practice group focusing on executive compensation matters. Requirements
- Relevant 8+ years of executive compensation experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Superior academic credentials
- Exceptional writing ability
Responsibilities
- Support the firm’s Retirement, Executive Compensation and Tax group.
- Work on compliance-related matters involving traditional non-qualified deferred compensation plans subject to 409A, severance plans, equity plans, and other executive compensation programs and arrangements.
- Provide general support for our work on qualified plans such as 401(k), profit-sharing, traditional defined benefit, and cash balance plans.
