About The Position

McGarity is seeking an experienced Executive Coach for a contingent leadership-development engagement serving supervisors and emerging leaders within a major City Streets and Sanitation department. The program may serve up to two cohorts of approximately 25 participants each during the contract year. The coach will provide confidential, one-on-one virtual coaching to a smaller group of City-selected participants annually. The opportunity is contingent upon McGarity receiving the City contract. Inclusion on the proposed project team does not guarantee a subcontract, assignments, a minimum number of coaching participants, or minimum compensation. The coach will help participants translate leadership-development concepts into observable workplace behaviors and practical development plans. This is a remote position.
