Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership experience within managed service environments
  • Strong understanding of business operations, strategy, and performance improvement
  • Proven ability to coach, influence, and inspire leaders to achieve meaningful results
  • Familiarity with structured business operating systems and coaching frameworks
  • Broad knowledge of IT services, tools, and business processes
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and client service capabilities
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and opportunities
  • Ability to simplify complex topics and guide others through change
  • Experience developing people and driving accountability
  • Confident handling of challenging conversations and conflict resolution
  • Passion for continuous learning, self-development, and industry engagement
  • Must hold valid right to work in United States

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted coaching relationships with a diverse portfolio of MSP partners
  • Deliver impactful 1:1 coaching sessions that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Collaborate with content teams to shape thought leadership and partner-facing resources
  • Continuously develop your coaching expertise, incorporating leading business frameworks and methodologies
  • Keep partners accountable to their goals while supporting strategic decision-making
  • Accurately document progress, engagement activity, and results achieved
  • Optionally lead peer groups, facilitate workshops, and contribute as a trainer

  • Compensation: Qualified candidates can expect a base salary of $128,000 plus variable compensation, with an on-target earning (OTE) of $150,000.
