As Executive Chef, you will lead all aspects of kitchen operations, including culinary execution, team development, food quality, operational standards, and financial performance. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced culinary professional who takes pride in developing teams, maintaining high standards, and delivering an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of progressive culinary leadership experience, preferably within an upscale or fine-dining environment. Experience with restaurant openings and banquet operations is preferred. Culinary school education and the ability to communicate in both English and Spanish are preferred but not required. This position typically requires approximately 55 hours per week with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and additional hours based on business needs. Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. ServSafe® Manager Certification is required.
