Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a high-volume or upscale dining environment
Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, team-first approach
Passion for fresh ingredients, menu development, and modern culinary trends
Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, costs, and forecasts
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A commitment to training, culture-building, and culinary excellence

Responsibilities

Develop and execute seasonally driven menus that reflect creativity, quality, and guest appeal
Lead, mentor, and inspire kitchen leadership and hourly culinary staff
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and the highest food standards
Maintain food and labor cost controls, inventory systems, and vendor relationships
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Collaborate with front-of-house leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience
Drive innovation while respecting the brand and vision of One Lincoln
