About The Position

The Executive Chef of Lillie’s Asian Cuisine brings a wealth of experience in kitchen management, menu execution and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a casino or high-volume restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities to inspire and guide kitchen staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with kitchen staff, management, and other departments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide visionary leadership to the culinary team, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and teamwork.
  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff, providing training, development, and support to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
  • Maintain high standards for food taste, presentation, and consistency.
  • Monitor and manage food inventory levels, minimizing waste, and ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Work with management to control food and labor costs without compromising quality.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of kitchen activities with overall casino operations.
