The Executive Chef will oversee daily operations of the Snow King Summit Building and Restaurant and all F&B outlets on the mountain including the Kings Grill and Café. This will include ensuring high-quality, cost-effective products are served to the guests. The Executive Chef will manage kitchen staff and resolve issues swiftly and calmly. This individual will be responsible for training staff on preparing recipes, using equipment, and overseeing all back of house processes. Top candidates are creative, service-oriented, level headed, and experienced at dealing with challenging labor markets and difficult staffing situations.
