• Exceptional creativity and passion for food and culinary arts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect the restaurant’s concept and meet customer expectations.
• Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
• Oversee inventory management, food ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with management to plan special events, seasonal menus, and promotions.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Lead and inspire the culinary team to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Stay current with culinary trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients as appropriate.
