We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to help build and lead the culinary program from the ground up, before the first plate ever hits a table. This is a rare and career-defining opportunity to join a project in the early, pre-opening phase, where your culinary vision, leadership, and passion will help shape the identity and long-term success of a truly exceptional property. The hotel, currently named Eddy Redondo Beach, will be launched as part of a major soft brand collection, with more details to be shared as we move closer to opening. As Executive Chef, you won’t just be running kitchens, you’ll be crafting an entire food and beverage experience across multiple distinct concepts, each with its own personality and “wow” factor, including: American Brasserie with French influence Premiere coastal fine dining restaurant Latin-inspired rooftop and pool bar Banquets & large-scale events
