Requirements

Extensive experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in upscale restaurants with strong expertise in Japanese and Italian cuisines.
Creative culinary skills with a passion for menu innovation and presentation.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Degree or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred.
