About The Position

Morrison Healthcare is hiring an Executive Chef in San Antonio, Texas. The Executive Chef oversees all culinary functions for a dining account, leads and manages a team of associates, and oversees account-related safety and sanitation. The role also manages costs and expenditures, plans and creates menus, purchases and manages inventory, and rolls out culinary programs in coordination with the marketing and culinary teams.

Requirements

• Three to five years of culinary management experience.
• High-volume production and catering experience.
• Previous experience managing cost controls.
• Desire to learn and grow with a foodservice company.

• Culinary degree preferred.
