You will deliver memorable guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence, food safety, and financial performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience
  • Experience managing high-volume foodservice or hospitality operations
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Proficiency with inventory management and cost controls
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and kitchen management systems
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
