Executive Chef of Spirits & Tales

Concord Hospitality EnterprisesPittsburgh, PA

About The Position

Spirits & Tales is a destination rooftop dining experience located on the 10th floor of The Oaklander Hotel, known for elevated cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and sweeping views of Pittsburgh’s Oakland neighborhood. The restaurant has been described as a modern brasserie with hyperlocal ingredients, seasonal menus, and a unique sense of place. We are seeking a visionary, hands-on Executive Chef to lead the next chapter of Spirits & Tales through a full culinary relaunch. This is a rare opportunity to reinvent menus, elevate the dining concept, drive banquet excellence, and position the restaurant as one of Pittsburgh’s premier culinary destinations.
