About The Position

This position is to be the Executive Chef for Levy's business at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center. This position will exclusively provide exceptional dishes and experiences to THE Ohio State Football Team. Requirements

High volume production and catering experience is essential.
Previous experience managing cost controls.

Nice To Haves

Culinary degree preferred.
Three to five years of culinary management experience.
Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company.

Responsibilities

Overseeing all culinary functions for a dining account.
Managing and leading a team of associates.
Overseeing all safety and sanitation as it pertains to the account.
Managing cost controls and controlling expenditures for the account.
Planning and creating all menus.
Purchasing and managing inventory.
Rolling out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team.
