About The Position

The Executive Chef is responsible for food service operations, including food safety and preparation techniques. This role requires experience working as a cook/chef, effective communication skills, and the physical ability to perform the job duties with reasonable accommodations. The position also requires the ability to work required overtime.

Requirements

  • Experience working as a cook/chef required.

Nice To Haves

  • High School graduate or equivalency preferred.
  • Experience working in institutional food preparation or related field.
  • Experience working in skilled-nursing facilities also preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Knowledgeable of food service operations and have the ability to carry out the responsibilities of the position.
  • Knowledge of food safety and food preparation techniques.
  • Experience working as a cook/chef required.
