About The Position

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for resident dining and provide catering support as needed. This leadership role is responsible for menu development, kitchen operations, team management, purchasing, food quality, safety, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings strong high-volume culinary experience, proven leadership skills, and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences while maintaining operational consistency and food-safety standards.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Food Service Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 1–3 years of culinary management experience.
• 1–3 years of related culinary or food service experience.
• Extensive experience in high-volume, fast-paced kitchen operations.
• Strong menu planning and culinary management skills.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing culinary teams.
• ServSafe certification.
• Working knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Ability to work one weekend day each week.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary operations for campus resident dining.
• Manage, coach, and develop culinary team members and future leaders.
• Establish efficient kitchen procedures and standardized culinary practices.
• Create innovative menus aligned with client preferences, nutritional standards, and current culinary trends.
• Oversee food procurement, purchasing, inventory, and cost-effective sourcing.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, consistency, and service.
• Support catering operations and special events as needed.
• Build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Monitor kitchen productivity, resources, and operational performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and dining experiences.
• Support employee performance management, hiring, training, and development.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and applicable regulations.
