Requirements

5 years culinary management experience
Advanced Culinary Skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Strong time management skills
Good communication skills

Responsibilities

Planning and executing all banquets and events
Ensure food safety across entire resort
Staff Scheduling to required budgeted thresholds
Ordering/ receiving
Menu Development
Training all culinary staff
Strict adherence to budget
