Requirements

  • 5 years culinary management experience
  • Advanced Culinary Skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Good communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing all banquets and events
  • Ensure food safety across entire resort
  • Staff Scheduling to required budgeted thresholds
  • Ordering/ receiving
  • Menu Development
  • Training all culinary staff
  • Strict adherence to budget
