in the East Valley (Phoenix/Tempe area), is seeking a visionary Executive Chef.

The Role We are looking for a culinary leader who understands that "golf food"
has evolved. Our flagship restaurant concept focuses on modern, accessible, and
high-quality cuisine that appeals to golfers, foodies, and late-night socialites
alike. The ideal candidate is a "player-coach" who can manage high-volume output
while maintaining meticulous standards for flavor and presentation.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of culinary leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant, luxury resort, or upscale lifestyle club.
• Vision: A passion for modern American/Southwestern cuisine and the ability to execute a "cool," approachable menu.
• Adaptability: Comfortable managing a fast-paced kitchen that transitions from casual daytime play to high-energy evening service.
• Culture Fit: A collaborative leader who works seamlessly with the F&B Director and front-of-house teams to create a unified guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Menu Innovation: Direct the culinary program for our signature restaurant, focusing on seasonal ingredients and trend-forward dishes.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all kitchen operations, including high-volume daily service, specialized events, and outdoor social space activations.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse BOH team, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage food costs, labor, and inventory in alignment with Troon’s industry-leading financial standards.
• Guest Experience: Ensure every plate reflects the brand’s commitment to being a premier social destination in the Valley.
