This role is for an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations at a 100-bed hospital. It is an opportunity for an up-and-coming Sous Chef ready for the next step or an experienced Executive Chef looking to transition into the healthcare space with a stable, people-focused organization. The Executive Chef will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, food quality, patient dining, retail/café services, catering, food safety, inventory, and team development. The ideal candidate is a hands-on culinary leader who can build culture in the kitchen, drive consistency, and deliver a high-quality dining experience for patients, staff, and guests.
