Requirements

  • Safely operate company vehicles to transport executives and guests to meetings, events, and other destinations.
  • Plan routes to ensure timely arrivals and avoid delays.
  • Maintain awareness of traffic patterns, weather conditions, and alternative routes.
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and in excellent working condition.
  • Conduct routine inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding executives’ schedules and personal information.
  • Provide courteous and professional service at all times.
  • Coordinate with executive assistants and management for trip planning.
  • Adjust schedules as needed for last-minute changes.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
  • Ensure passengers’ comfort and security during travel.
