As a Center Director, you’ll lead a high-performing team, deliver exceptional early learning experiences, and drive the success of your center and community.

Requirements

• 1+ years of leadership experience (2+ preferred)
• Required Director Credential and licensing compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead both the people and the performance of your center—balancing education, operations, and business goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong, engaged team
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable culture
• Deliver coaching, feedback, and performance management
• Serve as a trusted partner to staff and families
• Execute marketing and community outreach strategies
• Lead tours and convert prospective families
• Drive enrollment and retention through strong relationships and service
• Monitor trends and adjust strategies using data
• Manage budgets, P&L, and enrollment targets
• Ensure accurate billing, payroll, and financial compliance
• Optimize staffing and operational efficiency
• Maintain a safe, clean, and fully compliant center
• Uphold licensing standards and health/safety protocols
• Ensure classrooms, records, and systems meet brand expectations
