Executive Business Partner
About The Position
Maleda Tech is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and strategic Executive Business Partner to support senior leaders within a fast-paced, globally distributed organization. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support. You will act as a trusted partner, operational anchor, and strategic enabler, helping leaders stay focused on high-impact priorities while ensuring teams operate efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate brings a proactive mindset, strong business judgment, and the ability to build structure within complex environments. Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience supporting Director-level or senior leaders in fast-paced environments
- Experience supporting global or distributed teams
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality work with speed and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong presentation and design skills (Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Keynote)
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and similar tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong judgment and follow-through
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to 2-3 senior leaders, ensuring alignment on priorities through proactive calendar and operational management
- Own leadership operations end-to-end, including complex scheduling across time zones, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and expense management
- Anticipate leader needs and prepare materials, briefings, and context for key meetings and engagements
- Drive team operating rhythms, including leadership meetings, planning cycles, agendas, and action tracking
- Maintain operational infrastructure such as shared documentation, reporting tools, and organizational resources
- Plan and execute team off-sites, leadership summits, and events, including logistics, budgeting, and vendor coordination
- Foster team engagement across distributed teams through thoughtful planning, recognition, and communication
- Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution across teams
