About The Position

We are looking for an Executive Business Partner to support a Director of Engineering, Mapping and Head of Trust & Pay within the Foundations & AI Transformation (Foundations) organization. You will joining a team of 3 Executive Business Partners managing the calendars of 2-3 leaders. Our organization coordinates meetings and events, collaborates across the business, and leads org wide initiatives. You will enjoy working in an energetic environment, managing multiple competing priorities, and streamlining hectic days. Requirements

  • 4+ years experience as an Executive Assistant for a C-level executive
  • Ability to anticipate and proactively manage responsibilities and tasks
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; demonstrated experience building strong partnerships and managing clear communications across stakeholders
  • High EQ and ability to build solid relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Incredibly detail-oriented with a creative working style
  • Great project management chops
  • “Roll up your sleeves” mentality; can take even the smallest project and run with it to successful completion
  • Brings a growth mindset to the team

Responsibilities

  • Proactively and strategically manage the executive’s complex calendar and meeting coordination, travel, and other administrative tasks;
  • Work closely with fellow EBPs to ensure efficient, effective and consistent coverage across all CSP Leaders
  • Manage clear communication between stakeholders, identify gaps in visibility and propose solutions
  • Independently and proactively provide solutions to issues and escalate if necessary
  • Stay abreast of the leader’s priorities and major projects, serving as a resource for other stakeholders when needed
  • Plan off-sites and team events
  • Project-manage initiatives and work streams; keeping track of progress, identifying areas for efficiencies, and ensuring timely completion of projects
  • Provide peer mentorship and coaching to other Executive Business Partners in the org
  • Budget and expense management
  • Partner with Office Operations and IT teams to ensure teams have appropriate resources and optimal set-up for in-person, remote, and hybrid meetings
