About the Role: Our client's Executive Business Partner community is a global network of strategic operators who enable leaders and their teams to perform at their highest level. Our Executive Business Partners don't just manage calendars—they serve as trusted advisors, operational orchestrators, and cultural connectors who understand the business deeply enough to anticipate needs and drive priorities forward.
We're looking for an exceptional Executive Business Partner to support multiple leaders within our Business Organization. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on complexity, moves seamlessly between strategic thinking and tactical execution, and elevates the effectiveness of everyone they work with.

Requirements

• 5+ years supporting executives or teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments—ideally in tech, consulting, or high-growth companies
• Strategic mindset: Ability to understand business priorities and translate them into operational excellence; you think several steps ahead
• Impeccable judgment: Proven track record maintaining confidentiality and making sound decisions with incomplete information
• Exceptional organizational skills: Acute attention to detail, flawless follow-through, and ability to manage multiple competing priorities seamlessly
• Proactive and resourceful: Self-starter who anticipates needs, identifies solutions, and takes initiative without being asked
• Outstanding communication: Clear, professional communicator who can interact effectively with all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Enable executive effectiveness: Provide comprehensive support to multiple Business Organization leaders, including strategic calendar management, complex travel coordination, expense management, meeting preparation, and office logistics
• Act as a strategic thought partner: Align leader calendars with business priorities, proactively identify scheduling conflicts and opportunities, and ensure time is spent on highest-impact activities
• Drive seamless execution: Anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and create systems that help leaders focus on what matters most
• Collaborate across teams: Partner closely with Senior Business Partners on cross-functional projects and initiatives
• Cultivate team culture: Coordinate and contribute to team events, recognition programs, and culture-building moments that strengthen connection and engagement
• Build strategic relationships: Develop a strong network across the Administrative Community and key stakeholders to increase effectiveness and impact
• Exercise sound judgment: Handle sensitive information with discretion, make independent decisions when appropriate, and escalate thoughtfully when needed
